Introducing the "Box Elevator for Mixers." After inserting the dough box into the box holder, the dough temperature inside the box is measured using a temperature sensor. Subsequently, the temperature sensor is stored in the sensor holder of the column, and a safety band is set before starting the dough lifting operation. If the safety band is not set during the ascent or if there are any procedural anomalies with the temperature sensor, audio guidance will be provided.
